Fancy getting a little extra help with your fitness? We have a number of Personal Trainers working out of the gym able to train both one to one and group sessions at a time that suits you. You'll have the ability to contact your personal trainer at any time for nutritional advice, training advice and sports injury worries. If you are not registered with a Personal Trainer why not give one a shout. Contact details available below. Our Bootcamp(s) run throughout the year, usually every quarter. ​ We also have Womens Only Bootcamps and can cater for any sportsteam and/or club with a camp specific to your requirements. We help people Get Fit Stay Fit and Live life Fitter! Ample car parking, heated and air conditioned full free weights area, weightloss + general fitness!! Fitness Factory Lurgan: We are a local gym based at Flush Place Lurgan just behind Maloney's. Open 6 days a week to the public. We provide a range of services from our variety of different classes mixed, ladies only and juniors, to one on one personal training at times thats suit you. Just completed the 8 week Little Black Dress boot camp with Rachael - was really tough and challenging but I feel so much fitter, more toned and even better have lost 23 and 1/2inches!!!! Love the friendly atmosphere in here, everyone is helpful and plenty of banter. Always someone on hand to help u, whether it's cardio, weights or classes. Plenty for everyone, lots of variety and I'd recommend Fitness Factory to anyone. I was wary of gyms, but getting support from the Personal Trainer took away the fear factor.

Best gym about..you're never judged by anyone and always made feel welcome by staff and others using it!! So if your feeling crap about yourself but have no motivation or are just embarrassed just call in and speak to someone..you'll not be disappointed!
